How do I earn Reward Points?

With every dollar you spend at PrinterStudio.com, one point is added to your PS Reward Points account. Members may also be able to earn extra reward points by taking advantage of promotions on certain products, special members only deals, email-exclusive offers, giving us useful feedback, etc.


Who can join PS Rewards?

PS Rewards membership is available to all individuals*. *Except for organizations participating in the reseller program, partnerships or any other entity, unless written approval is received in advance from Printer's Studio ltd., in its sole discretion.)


How do I join and how much does it cost to join PS Rewards?

If you create an account at PrinterStudio.com, you will automatically be enrolled in PS Rewards. It's completely free to join the program! No joining or membership fees.


How can I check my Reward Points balance?

Simply log in to your account, click My Reward Points tab on the left hand side navigation menu and you can check your reward points account activities, balance and expiration date.


How do I redeem my Reward Points?

Simply log in to your account, click My Reward Points tab on the left hand side navigation menu. You can check your Reward Points balance and when you've earned enough points to exchange for Reward Credit, click the Redeem button in the Redeem credit for your future purchase section to convert your Reward Points to Reward Credit.
Important Note: once Reward Points are redeemed into Reward Credit, the Reward Points cannot be converted back to point value for any reason.

How do I use my Reward Credit?

You can use your Reward Credits at check out. To use your Reward Credit,

  1. Convert your Reward Points to Reward Credit
    See how: How do I redeem my Reward Points?
  2. Select the item of your choice and add it to your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, click on go to checkout.
  3. You can see a Redeem button under the Payments section of the checkout page
  4. Click the Redeem button to use your Reward Credits.
Important Note: To use the Reward credits, product total (before shipping) must be over the value of the Reward Credits.

How many points can earn per order?

There is no maximum amount of points you can redeem per order, you can get 1 point for every $1 spent.


Can I get reward points for any of my past order?

No. Reward Points will NOT be issued on any past orders. If a member does not sign in, and/or if a member creates an account after they order, no Reward Points will be credited. PrinterStudio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.


Can I use my reward credit with other discounts and coupons on the same purchase?

Yes. However, you only earn Reward Points on the net amount you actually pay for. Reward Points are calculated on the product total before tax and shipping and after promotional discounts are applied.


When will my reward points and reward credit expire?

You can check the expiry date of your Reward Points and Reward Credits at any time online. Simply log in to your account, click My Reward Points tab on the left hand side navigation menu and you can check your reward points account activities, balance and expiration date.
