This shops aims at giving tools related to feelings in general and Non Violent Communication (NVC) in particular. Why NVC? Because it is the more elaborated and coherent tool to learn how to communicate with oneself and the others. I particularly aim at kids because teaching them how to communicate and how to know better themselves is the best present we can give our little ones. It is never too late to learn and whatever you age, how about learning and having fun at the same time? If you are not familiar with NVC, it was created by Marshall Rosenberg, who discovered not only the importance of feelings, but also the relevance of needs. It is illustrated in in the 4 step process of NVC (Observation, Feeling, Needs and Request).
